Story: Devinder Singh (Veer Das) is Babu in the Delhi Supplier Institute, DESU. Everybody loves Devindra in the colony, he also stands with everyone in his sorrows. This is the reason that the colony considers him a companion of every misfortune. In Devindra’s family, his beautiful wife, Tejinder Kaur (Soha Ali Khan), has two sons and a little daughter. Turning Point in Life of Tejinder and Devindra comes on October 31, after the news of the brutal assassination of former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi by two of her Sikh security personnel, riots and clashes erupted in many colonies of Delhi. By tomorrow, his office and colleague’s companions, who are standing with Devindr, also make him distance from him.
The crowd of dreaded rioters ruthlessly slaughtered looting and innocent people all over. The leaders of the erstwhile government are also trying to provoke riots instead of preventing them and the police are hand in hand. Slowly the crowd of these rioters is growing more of Devindra’s house. In such a delicate time two Hindu friends of Devindra, with the help of their single friend, decide to take them all away from the violent riots and take them to a safe place.
Acting: Both Veer Das and Soha Ali Khan appear to be unfit in their characters, where Veer Das’s dialogue delivery in Devindra’s character is also very weak. After a long time, Soha Ali Khan appeared on the screen, but in the course of the riots, during the riots, she was not able to play the role of a Sikh woman, fearlessly with her three young children.
